Have you pulled a sheet of aluminum foil or plastic wrap from the box, only to have the entire roll come flying out at you?

Did you know.....there are tabs at each end of the box to prevent this?  All you have to do is push in the little tab at each end to lock the roll in place..

Too many tomatoes to keep up with? Try freezing!

• Score skin on each tomato with a sharp knife. Can cut out stems or you do this after their cold water bath 
• Pour boiling water over them and let sit for 2-3 min.
• Transfer to cold water bath and peel the skins off
• Cut into halves/quarters and place in large bowl
• Scoop out with ladle into small freezer bags and lay flat (the shape they freeze in is the shape you're stuck with)
• Put in freezer
